Simcoe + Virtual:
I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, and taking this step matters. I work with adults, teens and couples navigating life’s difficult moments by offering compassionate, supportive space to explore challenges and build greater balance and well-being. I help clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, grief and substance abuse. Together, we work toward deeper understanding, healthier coping strategies and meaningful change so you feel more connected, grounded and supported in your daily life.
I am a registered social worker, using an integrative, trauma-informed approach that draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I have additional training in complex grief and concurrent disorders, allowing me to competently support individuals experiencing grief and those managing substance use challenges.
I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe and heard. If you feel that I might be the right fit, I warmly invite you to reach out for a free consultation.
