Whether you need someone to talk to alone, with your partner, or with your family, we have a range of counselling services to fit your needs and budget. We provide in-person, online sessions, phone appointment, and in-home services. Our diverse team includes skilled psychotherapists, social workers, life coaches, hypnotherapists, and more.

What do I need for online therapy to work?
Not much! You’ll need a strong internet connection, a quiet and private space, and a device like a phone, tablet, or computer that supports video calls.
- Joining from a desktop or laptop? Just click the session link in your email—no downloads needed.
- Using a phone or tablet? You’ll need to download the Jane For Clients app to join your session.
Your therapist will walk you through the process, and if any tech issues pop up, don’t worry—we’re flexible and here to help. It’s totally okay to be human.
Is virtual therapy as effective as in-person?
How do I know if online counselling is right for me?
Can I do relationships therapy online?
Is my information private and secure?
Can I do therapy by phone instead of video?
Yes, absolutely. If video sessions don’t feel right for you, or if you don’t have access to a strong internet connection, you can choose to have your sessions over the phone instead. Just let us know what works best for you, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
