Do you find yourself overwhelmed by your emotions? Feeling stressed by changes happening in your life? My goal as a therapist is to support you through these times by helping you feel heard and understood. Through talking about these feelings we can work towards your goals so that you can truly thrive, and focus on what is important to you!
I specialize in therapy for adults and youth experiencing depression, anxiety, or navigating life transitions. I am passionate about utilizing a strengths-based approach to create a space where you feel heard, seen, and supported. Building a positive therapeutic relationship is essential for establishing trust and facilitating the processing of thoughts and feelings. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment therapy to explore what is truly important to you and how to thrive and live according to your values fully.
I have experience supporting both adults and youth, as well as families navigating the healthcare system, and individuals navigating the justice system. I value hearing people’s life experiences and walking alongside them to process and work towards living the life that they want to live.
If you’re ready to get started, I always offer a 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. I’d love to help you or a member of your family get the help they need to live better.
