Brantford (Charing Cross) + Virtual
I work with individuals and couples to support healing, growth, and deeper self-understanding. With experience supporting clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and co-occurring challenges, I take a holistic, trauma-informed, and IFS-informed approach that considers the whole person: mind, body, and emotions. I create a safe and compassionate space where clients can connect with their inner strengths, explore their experiences, and build lasting resilience.
My work integrates a range of evidence-based approaches. I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed approaches, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBI) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. Using an IFS-informed lens, I help clients explore the “parts” of themselves with curiosity and compassion, fostering leadership and somatic awareness.
I hold a Master of Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a post-graduate diploma in Addictions Careworker. I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing supervision, training, and professional development, ensuring my approach remains informed, compassionate, and effective.
I recognize the courage it takes to seek support. My commitment is to walk alongside you, at your pace, offering guidance, insight, and practical tools to help you reconnect with your inner resilience, create meaningful change, and live a life that feels authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
