If you’re considering therapy, there’s a good chance that something in your life has been feeling difficult, overwhelming, or just not quite right. Maybe you’re feeling anxious, caught in patterns of overthinking or people-pleasing, struggling with self-esteem, navigating relationship challenges, or moving through a significant life transition. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and figure out what you need moving forward.
I work with teens (12+) and adults, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique experiences, personality, and goals.
Working with teens is a unique process. Adolescence comes with a lot of change, and it isn’t always easy to put thoughts and emotions into words. I strive to create a space where teens feel comfortable being themselves, can talk openly without fear of judgment, and learn practical tools to navigate anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem, friendships, family relationships, school stress, and emotional regulation.
I also work with adults who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns they don’t fully understand. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck while building practical strategies that feel realistic and manageable in your everyday life. This may include working through anxiety and overthinking, strengthening boundaries, building self- esteem, improving emotional regulation, navigating relationships, or adjusting to life transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to work alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and honesty. I believe meaningful change starts with understanding yourself and the patterns that have developed for a reason, while also finding new ways of responding that better fit the life you want to create.
Above all, I aim to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy—we can begin wherever you are and work together toward meaningful change.
