Brantford (Charing Cross) + Virtual:
Are you a client who struggles with challenges related to intimacy, sexual health, relationships, life transitions and/or work-life balance? Oftentimes, these struggles can show up in ways that feel confusing or frustrating, such as feeling disconnected from your partner, stuck in unhealthy patterns, struggling with desire or performance concerns, or feeling unsure about your identity or needs. These experiences can impact not only your relationships but also your sense of self. The most important part of therapy is building trust. It is essential to find a space where you feel comfortable exploring sensitive and often stigmatized topics without fear of judgment. Many of the clients I work with are looking for a space where they can speak openly about things they have not felt safe discussing elsewhere.
I help people navigate challenges around intimacy, sexual health, relationships, menopause and perimenopause, anxiety, self-esteem, and the ups and downs of life transitions. Reaching out for support, especially around deeply personal topics, can feel like a big step. Finding the right therapist matters, and I offer a 15-minute consultation to help you decide if this feels like the right space for you.
