Virtual in Brantford (Highland):
Adult life is complicated.
Mental health concerns make adult life even more complicated.
Whether you are navigating a challenging season or managing a long-term struggle, finding the right support is the first step toward healing. With 21 years of experience in the mental health field—18 of those spent directly in the therapy room—I bring a deep well of clinical knowledge and a steady, compassionate presence to our work together.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, meaning I use tools that are proven to help. Depending on your unique needs, we may draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to reshape negative thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build emotional regulation, or Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to work through trauma. I also integrate Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to help you find a sense of calm and presence amidst the chaos of daily life.
I specialize in supporting individuals facing psychosis, anxiety, and depression. I understand that these experiences can often feel isolating or overwhelming, but you do not have to carry them alone. Beyond treating specific diagnoses, I am deeply committed to helping you develop practical, sustainable coping strategies to manage stress and reclaim your sense of agency.
My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel seen and heard. Together, we will work at your pace to uncover your strengths, challenge the obstacles in your path, and build a life that feels manageable and meaningful.
If you’re ready to get started, I offer a 15-minute free consult via phone to see if we are a good fit.
