Virtual in Brantford (Highland):

Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck — like no matter what you do, things just aren’t getting easier? Maybe you’re carrying the weight of a difficult past, struggling through a major life transition, or finding it hard to feel like yourself in your relationships. You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the kind of life transitions that can leave you feeling disconnected from who you are — whether that’s starting university, adjusting to a new culture, or working through the impact of things that happened long ago but still shape how you feel today. I also have particular experience supporting clients through crisis and suicidal thoughts, helping them find stability and a renewed sense of hope.

My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, and I tailor the work to what actually helps you, not a one- size-fits-all method. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard, not judged — so building that sense of trust and safety together is where we always start.

I offer sessions in both English and Mandarin, and I work with a culturally diverse range of clients, including many navigating the specific stresses of immigration, cross-cultural identity, or being far from family.

If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d love to offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
