Local Trail Walk

Join MPC for a walk on the Rail Trail which cuts through Mount Pleasant.

We will meet up at Mount Pleasant Park for an out-and-back walk. We are going to aim for 45-60 minutes total at a leisurly pace.

Summer Reset Virtual Workshop

Summer Reset is a counselling workshop focused on revisiting the goals you set in January 2026 and adjusting them for the summer season.

As routines shift, you’ll reflect on what’s working, what feels overwhelming, and what no longer serves you. Through guided discussion, you’ll learn to refine your goals using the SMART framework, making them more realistic and manageable within a busy lifestyle. You’ll also explore how to adapt to seasonal changes without losing focus or motivation. The workshop emphasizes letting go of misaligned goals and reestablishing ones that feel realistic and meaningful.

You’ll leave with compassionate insight, practical strategies to stay on track, and a renewed sense of clarity and empowerment to move forward with confidence.

Hope & Healing: A Support Group for Individuals Experiencing Suicidal Ideation (18+)

Are you struggling with suicidal thoughts, hopelessness, or overwhelming emotional pain?

Hope & Healing offers a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can connect with others who understand, share experiences, and learn practical strategies for coping and healing.

Program Details
Start Date
: Monday, September 28, 11:30AM – 1:00PM
Format: Weekly Psychotherapy Support Group
Session Length: 90 minutes
Fee: $83 plus HST per session – 10 sessions total.

30 minute screening session with co-facilitators prior to group admission.
