Our Clinical Therapists will work collaboratively with clients should a concern arise. Speaking directly with your Clinical Therapist will be the most efficient way of resolving a concern you may have.
If after speaking with your Clinical Therapist and you feel your concerns still cannot be addressed, you may wish to speak with Stephanie Dinsmore, Owner of Mindful Path Counselling. She will work collaboratively with you to resolve the issue.
Should you still have a concern after the above step you may consider filing a complaint with the clinical therapists respective college.
The Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario complaint process is designed to protect the public by assessing and responding to concerns and complaints about the conduct of college members.
