I am a graduate of St. Thomas University and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Gerontology. I also hold a Masters in Counselling Psychology and have obtained Registered Psychotherapy through the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
I consistently spend time upgrading my skills by taking part in professional development seminars, courses, and workshops. Through those efforts, I have received certificates in First Aid Mental Health, Psychological First Aid and Stress Management, and Infectious disease and control.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my six children, my husband, our three guinea pigs, and our dog. Juggling a large family boasts talents all on its own which makes our household a busy yet fun one to be a part of!
My goal is to welcome you with compassion, care, and open communication to support you on your healing journey. I realize that life is challenging, and sometimes we need to talk to someone to work through the feelings and emotions we are struggling with.
You are not alone.
