This therapeutic modality is helpful for people of all ages and in treating a variety of mental health issues. This modality is beneficial for individuals, couples, and families to help you tell your story.
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
This therapeutic modality is helpful if you’re more comfortable with a structured and focused approach in which the Social Worker/Psychotherapist often takes an instructional role.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
This therapeutic modality helps you explore and understand how to work with your thoughts and emotions to make significant behavioural changes. This works even if you can’t get rid of the unwanted thoughts, feelings, or sensations you might be experiencing.
Gottman Method
This modality will help support couples across all economic, racial, sexual orientations, and cultural sectors. It is an effective treatment to improve marital relationships, adjustment, and intimacy issues.

This modality is also beneficial for improving present time behavioural issues impacting your life. Often, this modality is considered brief, and you may only require a single session to meet your needs.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
This therapeutic modality is intended for individuals that experience overwhelming emotions, attachment difficulties, suicidal thoughts, and self-harm.
