Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), MA, CYW, RP (Qualifying)

Works With:

Many of the women, men, and non-binary individuals I work with come in after years of overwhelm, which has left them feeling drained, stuck or in a state of functional freeze. Many clients I see are primarily women who feel exhausted from the masks they have been wearing throughout their lives. They are searching for new ways of relating to themselves and their worlds, integrating better tools for anxiety, changing old patterns that no longer serve them and are ready to embrace a more authentic ideal sense of self.

In session, I prioritize collaboration, autonomy, and creativity, meaning we design what our time looks like together to ensure you are getting what you need and leave you feeling empowered. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Somatic methods that help to identify, embrace, and process thoughts and emotions. I involve the body to ensure we are not just talking about impactful events and thoughts but also making space to release stress that the body may be holding.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), my areas of focus include:

  • Generalized Anxiety (New/ Long term)
  • Self-Esteem (Identity/ Worth)
  • ADHD (Navigating Work/ Life Balance)
  • Women’s Health (Managing Emotions with Endometriosis/ PMDD)

If you’re ready to start, I always offer a 15-minute consult to see if we are a good fit. I’d love to help you, a friend, or a family member get the help they need to live better.
