Am I cut out to be a therapist?

It’s a question that sneaks in quietly over time. You start to wonder if you’re missing something, if someone else could support your client better, or if you’re in over your head. That’s where clinical supervision comes in. It gives you the tools to feel prepared and supported as you navigate imposter syndrome, self-doubt, ethical issues, and emotionally heavy topics before they become overwhelming.

Clinical supervision provides a supportive, empowering space where you can explore challenges, receive guidance, and develop personally and professionally.

Who is clinical supervision for?

Our clinical supervision services are designed for:

  • Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) working toward full RP status
  • MSW Interns working toward their MSW Degree
  • Student therapists completing external practicum placements and require an external supervisor
  • New or growing therapists seeking support, feedback, and skill development
  • Seasoned therapists looking for additional guidance or to sharpen their skills

Clinical supervision helps you feel more confident and grounded in your work. Together, we’ll explore theory, process complex cases, navigate ethical concerns, and build your skills through personalized support and psychoeducation.

Whether you’re feeling unsure of how to help a client move forward, dealing with imposter syndrome, or simply looking to become the best therapist you can be, our clinical supervisors are here to support you every step of the way.

Clinical supervision gives you the confidence to lead your sessions with skill and leave them with peace of mind.

What can clinical supervision help with?

Bridge the gap between what you learned in school and the realities of therapy through practical tools, role plays, and clinical insight.
Supervision helps reduce secondary stress and create space for your own healing and reflection, because your well-being matters too.
Deepen your understanding of therapeutic models, strengthen your use of self, and discover new ways of working with clients.
Get guidance on navigating tough situations like IPV, child protection, legal concerns, and mandatory reporting.
Whether you’re stuck or unsure how to proceed, supervision offers a space to talk through strategies and consider new approaches.
Build the confidence to trust your instincts, use your skills effectively, and feel capable as a therapist.
Pair with another therapist and learn through collaboration, shared insight, and connection.

Join a small, supportive group of up to six clinicians for bi-weekly, two-hour supervision sessions. Each group runs for a total of six sessions and is offered as a pre-paid package. A collaborative space to grow your skills, gain new perspectives, and deepen your clinical insight.

Our approach

How Clinical Supervision Works

More than case consultation, we offer a wholistic approach to Clinical Supervision

We’ll explore your goals, schedule, modalities, and the type of support you’re looking for. We’ll also go over fees and supervision options like individual, dyadic supervision, or group supervision.

We’ll co-create a plan that aligns with your development as a therapist, whether you’re looking for feedback on notes, support with client dynamics, or help applying theory to practice.

Through regular supervision sessions, we’ll explore clinical cases, role-play scenarios, review documentation, and hold space for your self-reflection and resilience.

We believe that the best clinical supervision nurtures your whole self.
