As a therapist, my approach is grounded in warmth, empathy, and a genuine desire to help you navigate life’s challenges. I understand that reaching out for support can be daunting, but I’m here to make the journey less intimidating and uplifting. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I’m gender-affirming and sex-positive.
I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced religious trauma, grapple with identity issues, experience suicidal thoughts or self-harm, or belong to the 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities.
Whether you’re facing a crisis, struggling to understand your identity, or navigating the unique challenges of being neurodivergent, I’m here to offer support and guidance tailored to your needs.
Using a person-centred and relational therapy model, I focus on fostering a deeper understanding of myself. My eclectic therapeutic approach integrates somatic, psychodynamic, narrative, and experiential therapies, including ecotherapy, to help you achieve personal growth and well-being. This means our sessions are more about meaningful conversations and less about homework.
As a relationship therapist, I support couples in non-monogamous relationship dynamics. I also support monogamous couples who are looking to explore non-monogamy, open relationships, or polyamory.
Life can be challenging, and we all need help finding our place. With a down-to-earth, honest, and sometimes playful style, I aim to make therapy a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and empowered. Together, we can work through your challenges, celebrate your successes, and help you build a life that you are genuinely proud of.
So, if you’re ready to embark on this journey, I’m here with open arms and an open heart. Let’s find your path together, one step at a time.
“Paradoxical as it may seem, the purposeful life has no content, no point. It hurries on and on, and misses everything. Not hurrying, the purposeless life misses nothing, for it is only when there is no goal and no rush that the human senses are fully open to receive the world”
