I have extensive training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and addictions. I offer extended DBT sessions. The first 30 minutes focus on skill acquisition, the remainder adheres to standard DBT protocols including diary card use and agenda setting focused on (Linehan’s) treatment hierarchy. Participants will be involved in completing behavioural chains and missing links analysis to develop an awareness of maladaptive behaviour patterns, then learn solution analysis and problem-solving skills to resolve them.
