Brantford (Brant) + Virtual:
It is my passion and driving force to support individuals, couples, and children through their challenges and life transitions. I work with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, addictions, body image struggles, and other emotional and psychological challenges.
I offer a personalized and collaborative approach to therapy, recognizing that each client is the expert in their own life. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies, such as trauma informed care, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of those I work with. My role is to walk beside you on your journey of growth and self-discovery, helping you find your inner strength and feel more empowered.
Creating a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment is a priority in my practice. I believe in fostering a space where clients feel supported in setting goals and working toward meaningful change. My focus is on building resilience, self-awareness, and emotional well-being through approaches that are uniquely suited to each individual.
With over seven years of experience in the field of mental health, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work. Having navigated my own mental health journey in my younger years, I deeply appreciate the value of the therapeutic relationship and the profound impact it can have. My experiences have fueled my commitment to helping others, just as I was once helped.
If you’re looking for support, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your path toward healing and growth.
