Hello!

No matter your age or what stage of life you are in, life can leave a feeling of confusion and uncertainty. Perhaps you’re unsure of what you are feeling and are experiencing a range of thoughts. No matter the feeling, thought, and/or experience, this can feel like a weight is sitting on you, holding you back from taking your next step.

Modalities that inform my practice include Strength-Based, Solution Focused, Play Therapy, Attachment, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Everyone is unique in their needs and strengths and hold varying experiences. I meet people where they are at, practicing from a trauma-informed lens. I also offer activities such as games, colouring, and fidget toys for all ages, allowing clients to feel more comfortable in a counselling setting.

My educational experience includes actively pursuing a Master of Social Work at Wilfrid Laurier University. Prior education includes the completion of a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in Child, Youth & Family, along with certifications in both Early Childhood Education (ECE) and ECE Resource Consulting. My education combined with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, children and families are invaluable in my practice and approach as I empower and respect each client’s capacity to make choices best suited for them.

Whether you’re a child, youth, or an adult, I am certain we can work towards building a plan to create a manageable and comfortable journey for you.
