If you find yourself struggling day to day, feeling stressed and overwhelmed or feeling stuck, here, you will find guidance and support.
My practice is grounded in eco-social work, which recognizes the interconnectedness of individuals, communities, and the environment. This perspective informs my holistic approach to therapy, emphasizing the importance of context in understanding and addressing mental health challenges. As a member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, I am dedicated to fostering a warm, open, and non-judgmental space where clients can freely explore their thoughts and emotions.
In my practice, I utilize a variety of therapy modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. I employ Strength-Based Therapy to empower clients by focusing on their inherent strengths and resources. My approach also includes Motivational Interviewing to foster personal growth and change, and Person-Centred Therapy to prioritize the individual’s perspective and experience. Additionally, I incorporate Narrative Therapy techniques to help clients rewrite their personal stories in a way that promotes healing and growth. I am influenced by a variety of other modalities including Internal Family Systems, parts work, and inner child healing.
Whether you’re seeking to explore your identity, improve your communication skills, manage anxiety, or navigate life’s changes, I am here to support you every step of the way with compassion, empathy, and respect for your unique journey.
