I will use an array of therapeutic modalities as I listen to your experiences in a non-judgmental, compassionate, and curious way. I have over 15 years of combined experience supporting individuals, couples, children, youth, and families in child welfare, hospital, risk-youth drop-in centre, and seniors supportive housing settings. I currently provide individual, couples, and family counselling over the phone or virtually; I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, relationship issues, work and academic stress, adjustment to illness, and healthy lifestyle issues. Furthermore, I am compassionate, empathetic, professional, non-judgmental, and attentive.
