Your journey begins with understanding. In the first session, you and your partner will meet with your therapist to share what brought you to therapy and explore how your relationship has evolved. This helps uncover challenges and areas where you may feel stuck.

Each partner will then have an individual session to discuss their personal thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Your therapist may recommend a relationship assessment, which identifies your strengths and areas for growth as a couple. These insights guide the creation of a personalized treatment plan.
