Who is reduced fee counselling for?
Reduced fee counselling (also referred to as low cost therapy, low cost counselling, or affordable therapy) is for anyone facing financial burdens that are keeping them from getting the care they need. We help individuals, families, students, and employees without extended health benefits deal with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, trauma, stress, or other emotional issues that are keeping them from living fully.
At Mindful Path Counselling, we believe everyone should have access to quality therapy without the stress of affordability.

Our interns are carefully selected and trained to handle a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. They are supervised by licensed professionals to ensure you receive the best care.
Is reduced fee counselling effective?
Can I use insurance for reduced fee therapy?
It depends on the therapist and the insurance provider. It’s best to check with your insurance provider about what your insurance includes. At the end of each session, we will provide a receipt which you can submit for potential reimbursement.
What are the benefits of low cost therapy?
