Are you looking to learn skills that will improve feelings of anxiety or depression? Do you feel overwhelmed or desire more structure in your life? Do you often feel lonely or stuck inside your head? It’s normal to feel overwhelmed when life moves so quickly, which is why it can be helpful to have support with slowing things down and formulating a plan. Improving your mental health and well-being can be as simple as developing a daily routine that increases energy and reduces stress. It can also include processing difficult experiences, learning skills to cope with daily living, or simply having someone to talk to.

Are you struggling in life? Is it anxiety, depression, or big emotions? Is it getting harder or feeling impossible to attend school, work, or be around others? Maybe you don’t know what you’re feeling, or perhaps you don’t know how to express yourself. This may be affecting your relationships in life with people you care about and how you view and value yourself.

If so, changes can be made to help your life look and feel authentic and aligned with your values. Life is hard, and we are bombarded with constant crises, economic upheaval, systemic oppression, and intergenerational trauma.
