I am a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). I have obtained certification in Cognitive Behavior therapy (CBT) and also utilize Solution-focused therapy, Narrative therapy, Systems theory, Mindfulness-based therapies to guide my work. I continually engage in research-based professional development opportunities that assist me with staying current with new and emerging therapeutic trends and approaches.

Leonard loves to provide emotional support to clients of all ages to help ease stress and anxiety that may arise from discussing difficult issues in your counselling work.
